Hidden Valley sanctuary and gateway by Vidom Hidden Valley sanctuary and gateway by Vidom
Made with Mandelbulb3D
It would be better if printed big, but it's been resized for posting. Small details are a little messed up, sorry.
Full view recommended, the main subject is very distant :D

The Building in the middle might be a church with huge organs covering the whole mountainside in the background.

Have you ever thought of printing one of these on a 3D printer?
You have a great sense of architecture too! :wow::iconwowplz::iconsaywow1plz:
Well done! :D

No, 3D small prints look ridiculous to me. It's like first fractals made with dots on ancient printers 40 years ago :D
I like architecture and that's for humans, not for ants :-)
Thank you :-)

Lmao at 'anyway' :lmao:
I must add: europeans are starting experimental projects with big 3D printers, aiming to 'print' structures made of regolith, so that a moon base could be built like that, printing directly on the moon the necessary modules using lunar soil :-)
That is the interesting 3D-printed stuff ;-)

Yes, I saw an article on that a couple of days ago. I just love the idea of life size printers. They are building the same kind of machine to build designer DNA. Imagine ... you can design a creature and building for it, and print them both.

The Cylons (I mean toasters) are coming! :iconcylonplz:

some very neat forms in here. shame about that aliasing in the back - i hate when mb3d does that to me. ;)

It was rendered bigger and in 2Xaa, the aliasing worsened with reduction. But it looked very better with different color maps; unfortunately I used the worst one for the final version.

ahh, i've had aliasing worsen as well. too bad the render engine isn't up to par with, say, chaotica. mb3d is still young, though, so there's plenty of room for improvement. :)
